Bikes: Trek 6.9, Davinci touring, Mountain bike and a Trek tandem

Most of the research is done on university students. I don't think there is much call for old age muscle studies. I don't believe most of the studies apply to 50+ athletes. Muscle mass can be grown and maintained at any age. You just have to be more careful to increase weight and reps slowly.
