Interestingly enough, there was a study published last summer that concluded that pacjkages labeled "fragile" are actually more suseptable to abuse by USPS, Fedex and UPS. Further, USPS did the best in their testing. I wish I could find a link.

I will no longer use UPS. Not simply because they screw me on shipping time and again, but their customer service is the worst I have dealt with in a LONG time.
