I've been training with Vision Quest in Chicago since early November.

Most members are competitive Triathlon enthusiasts. The trainers are roadies and the organization has several elite road racers on staff. It does provide a rigorous work-out using Computrainer equipment.

We completed the 8 week segment this week and we tested for average watts over two 20 minute segments. I produced 225 watts during the first 20 minutes and 215 during the second. I've also lost 15 pounds since August, so I'm making progress on the power/weight ratio.

I'm going to start using my own heart rate monitor and attending 2x a week in January.
