Me, I'm 5'10" with very long legs. I've ridden a 56 Tarmac, but I prefer the 54 - I like a lot of saddle to bar drop.
I had 2 S works SL2's. I had a TON of seatpost showing and I briefly rode a friends 56 SL2 and it seemed to feel a lot better.
