Yeah. If you'd be considering the 32s, I'll try to grab a 1.2 tomorrow and stick a set on there, just to make absolutely sure they'd fit. The brakes are long-reach calipers, not the shorter-reach ones found on a pure road-racer, hence the practical clearance for a wider range of tires and/or fenders. Same general setup as my Soma Smoothie ES, which can manage 28s with SKS P35 fenders:
