I love bottle generators. The newer Spanniga and B&M models work great. They are lot cheaper and lighter than dynohubs and only produce drag when you need them. I always have one bike set up with one.

I saw a new hub that you could disengage the generator but I cant find it now. I want to say it was something VO had but its not on their site right now.
