Odd..
So I am 18 years old, 298Lbs and quite muscular, I go to the gym four days a week (I commute by bicycle to get there), and on the off days I cycle. I meet my recommended calorie intake through clean foods like vegetables, proteins, and fruit. But lately I have had a HUGE hunger spike, along with a spike in my sexual drive, and mood swings. The part that kills me is the hunger spike.
What is this, and what can I do to cure my increased appetite? I tried eating more and that didn't work. I also tried spreading out my meals more and than I already have and vice-versa, and that did work. Seriously, I am hungry all the time and it is starting to get on my nerves. Also, I find myself extremely energetic and eager to do some sort of physical activity, but later during the day I feel sluggish and tired.
Additional Information:
• I am 5'11
• I have been pursuing my weight loss goal since October. I was 320, and I am now 298.
• I do 30 minutes of cardio at the gym before I weight train.
