If you're going to make an statement like that, don't pluck out the bits of truth you favor and present them out of context to support your argument. Especially when you're accusing someone of cheating or a crime.
+100 Very well said Raven. Aside from that, I don't see where people haid he NEVER failed a drug test. He just never failed for anything important. There are plenty of minor incidents of failing for minor pain killers after a crash and stuff like that. But the only suggestions at a failed Doping test were the ones just mentioned, which carry or hold NO WATER at this point due to Very Sloppy procedures.
