About the only things I really need right now are what I consider esoteric and, admittedly, hard to find stuff. My big project is a 1949 Hercules Kestrel and that's the stuff I'm mostly looking for at the moment. I've already got hubs, rims, spokes and BB. A Williams crankset and chainring, Bailey or Maes bend bar, a GB (or similar) stem, some vintage-y pedals, sidepull calipers, old school brake levers. Here's a link to the 1949 catalog to give you an idea of what's on my priority list. I definitely do not plan to have the BOC supply my build, believe me!

Other than that stuff, pretty much anything that's aimed at old English 3-speed bikes will get me excited!
