Bikes: 1986 Alpine (steel road bike), 2009 Ti Habenero, 2013 Specialized Roubaix

OK I made a couple phone calls. One LBS has the Kool Stop tool. I will probably get one tomorrow and see if I can get it on.

Plan B is have the LBS mount it for me.
