For those complaining about slippery feet when washing the bottoms. Just rinse the bottoms off after washing. That's what I do.

To be honest, I think foot care may be more important for people who exercise outdoors, cyclists included. I'm sure most of us have hiked or done something in the dirt all day that has our feet pretty filthy at days end. To not wash my feet in that condition just isn't in me.

@cooker: I think there is something in what you say. Most of us seem to go overboard one way or the other. But I don't know how much is enough and how much is too much. I tend to dandruff. So yes I wash my hair daily, or at least 99% of the time, with shampoo. It does help.
