Here is something of an update to my issues with the Mystery Frame, namely, the seat post binder lug. It just isn't Cinelli or so I thought. Here is a Velobase component catalog for Cinelli and they clearly had many iterations of lugs, including the one on my mystery frame. So why wouldn't Cinelli use these different lugs on Cinelli made frames?
