I have seen a few Victorias most seem to be will built entry level commuters bikes. Usually the kind of bike that sells for between a $100-200 depending on market. Considering the condition on this bike you may get another $50 or $100 out of the bike in better markets. I do like the look of the German style mixtes with the curves in the frame.
