Honestly, I don't know what it is. The rear triangle was obviously re-done at one time too. I suspect it's German.

That's about the size of it. I did want to run a front brake (and preferably run both of those interrupters into normal levers for the look of a proper road bike), but I couldn't find the second interrupter.

I bought a flip-flop hub to try both ways. I'd prefer to keep my claim that I own no fixed-gear bikes
