Pardon me for my previous post - I think I misread your intended use for your bike. By "jumping on the bike" I now think you mean 'just getting on and going for a ride.' Initially I thought you were going to take the bike to a dirt jump park or ski area to see what kind of aerial tricks you can do.

If you are planning on riding primarily on paved or not-too-rough gravel or dirt roads or paths, then just use the maximum tire pressure printed on the side of the tire and you should have no problems. If, however, by 'jumping on the bike' you meant you are going to try backflips and 360s and rodeo spins in the air during a death defying jumps, then tire pressure is should be the least of your worries if you have an inexpensive full suspension bike.
