It does look similar but I doubt they're made in the same place. I really like the look of the beveled edges on those crank arms.

They got back to me, fwiw:
Hi Kasey, our cranks are forged and then CNC'd. They are quite stiff. Definitely not as stiff as Omniums as those are the stiffest cranks out there right now though.
