i would determine how many spokes the rim would need if it were not a paired spoke rim and use that in my spoke calc. to do this i would measure the distance between the two spokes that constitute a pair and determine a rim drilling (20, 24, 28 etc), that has approximately the same distance.

i am assuming you intend to leave empty those holes in the standard hub that need no spokes.
