You are correct, Robbie, my unpainted "mystery" frame has the Cinelli seat stay panto turned sideways to the ones on my silver Equipe. I never noticed this until you mentioned it. At least in my mind, this frame is one of the Centurion Cinelli Project frames. Head tube decal for the "project" bike is unique and still visible (decal outline) on my frame.
