looked at a bonty paired spoke wheel on the net and looks like they have 12 spokes per side. the distance between the spokes holes of a pair looks to be approximately the same as that of a 36 or possibly 48 drilling. if you plan on lacing it the way bontrager does. that is opposite side hub flange holes to adjacent "paired" rim holes.
with maybe a four cross pattern. though you could do this better than me and have more to gain and lose.

and i echo the sentiments regarding paired spoke rims. just a bad idea in general.
goes to show how powerless design engineers are in the marketing of new products.
