I have a feeling AEO may be right on this one...the effect of pairing holes on hubs is not the same as pairing holes on rim - because you are pairing one spoke from each side - not pairs at a time per side.

However, the effect is +/- 3.25 degrees of shift when a drive side and non-drive spoke are paired at 7.5 degrees apart.

So I should be able to add a Spokechart tab that provides 2 modified crossings to enter when calculating spoke lengths per side for a given amount of degrees.
