Has anyone out there had problems with Nirve Cruisers? I bought a Nirve Inferno with the 3-speed Sturmey Archer shifter and I have nothing but problems with it. My dealer ended putting an entire new rear hub and cable setup and it lasted about 3 rides before I have a clicking and metal-on-metal sound coming from the cranks. The bike felt like I was literally climbing a 20% grade in first gear! Getting off the bike I tried turning the cranks and it was all I could do to turn them over without getting blue in the face.

Anyone have any insight into problems with these bikes or shifting systems?
