Yeah, I had one of those a month or so back while heading down to The Pier. He was in a white Dodge pickup truck and just had to rev his engine at me to let me know he was behind me I guess.

It's easy, you take the rubber band(s) and loop it/them over the shift lever and then secure it to something like the brake lever.

It pays to plan for surprises if one is using either (or even a car) form of transportation. Who knows maybe if more people did so regardless of their mode of transportation we'd all be happier.
