Nothing bad to say at all. I have only ordered components from them and changed my mind on a cassette. I emailed the change and received the correct parts before I had email confirmation of the change. I suppose that supports AFE's comments on communication. Parts normally ship quickly. The only delays have been due to Royal Mail issues due to snow and volcanic ash.
