i ride almost every day (when i'm not injured), but riding 365 days in a row probably isn't the best idea. you should really take a day off at least every couple of weeks. it's more important if you're training hard and/or putting in a lot of miles - 20 miles a day probably wouldn't kill you even for a year straight - but it's always a good idea to let your body rest a little once in a while.
