For the record, located the serial number: PR 1273007. The 7th bike made in the month of December 1973. I'm curious about the "PR" as well, as I don't see this on non-fixie's frame or among the serial numbers listed on the Classic Rendezvous registry. Could "PR" be an abbreviation for "professional"?
