That was a great ride. Went out hard, dialed it back after an hour, and then got the crap scared out of me by a teammate.

A school bus rolls by, I draft until it turns, a couple of cars pass, and then I hear "Nice Pace!" I didn't recognize him on a new bike and a Navy kit on. Apparently I passed him at an intersection in a town I noodled through and didn't see him.

I gave him **** about not wearing a team kit and he says "I wear this in memory of some of my buddies. I like to wear it once a week." That shut me up.
