29 miles for the month, so far. The weather the past few days has been amazing, and I am trying my best to take advantage of it. Yesterday I just couldn't seem to get out of that "warm-up funk", had real trouble making any power and just felt winded on the bike. I felt great today and took off with the intention of doing 30-40 miles. While going up a hill about 8 miles into the ride I started having IT band pain. I limped on back to the house after 20 miles and made some small adjustments to my saddle, I moved it back and down a little bit, in order to try to target some different muscles a bit. I am hoping I can knock this out before it gets started and continue working at my goals. Tomorrow is going to be great weather as well, so I think I am going to shoot for taking a big chunk out if the knee will cooperate.
