If you can answer yes to both these questions, sure! Go for it!
Buying parts to build up a frame (ebay or similar), rarely pans out financially (cheaper to buy a used complete bike instead).
Yes to both. I do all of my own work and the part will and come from a parts bin. I just thank I may take this one off of my buddies hands and build it up. Thanks everyone. I'll keep y'all posted!
