Bought from Performance for $511 shipped. I haven't installed them yet. I know Performance has had ea90 SLX special editions which supposedly were actually left over wheels, or built with older parts from 2008. Those wheels have had many broken spoke problems. After checking forums, it seems that a lot of Easton wheels have had spoke problems. My lbs said that many manufacturers got a bad bad of spokes a few years ago, and had similar problems. Easton supposedly has good customer service when issue arise, however, I don't want to constantly have to send wheels back to Easton.

1) Mine are 2010 ea90 aero, they don't say "special edition" or "Performance Exclusive", so I assume these are the same wheels I would receive if I ordered from Easton directly, correct?

2) Anyone not have problems with these specific wheels?

3) Think I should send them back?

4) I weigh 170-179 depending how much beer I drink, am I too heavy for these?

5) I paid $511, if I return them, what would you guys recommend for the same price?
