My first build thread, Cannondale Caad9

I've been cycling for a couple of years now and with my Caad 3 feeling a little out of date (also a little small) and having lost 40lbs since, I'm going to reward myself with a new bike . Oh, and I've decided to build it too, which I've never done before...

My goal is to see if I can piece together a nice bike without breaking the bank (my budget is around $1600). Also, to gain the knowledge on how everything works and be able to fix whatever problems I come across since I'll have the tools (no brainer, right?). I hope have the project finished before spring.

Here's the list of components. Ill put the price I paid next to them as I get them.
