I have already lost 10 lbs due to riding (3 months now) and eating a little less and I notice one thing already: my legs don't noticeably burn uncomfortably like they used to at the beginning of a ride -it's so negligible that I don't even feel it.
What change has occurred in my body that has caused a sizable reduction in lactic burn?
