today was day 4. today we rode many many hours, for many many miles. weather was beautiful, ride was spectacular. big group ride, ross schnell joined us. we saw joe murray on the trail, it's kinda cool when you are riding around and run into people like joe murray. my. it's so amazing to watch a pro ride, the guy is so damn smooth, he floats and flows, makes it look effortless. i guess that is why he is pro.

my legs are pretty damn spent. supposed to ride tomorrow, i'm not gonna ride tommorrow. i'll post more pics of rides when it happens, if no one minds.
