Here are my goals for the year.
1. I would like to get into the 220's this year for weight. At my largest (Oct 2011) I was over 300. I have about 40 lbs to go to reach this target. 2. I would like to do the Seattle to Portland ride this year in July, 200 miles in 2 days. It is a flat ride so easier than the Livestrong ride I did that year as well. I did this 3 years ago, so I know that I can do it. At that time I did not have a full time job so I had much more time to train. This year my wife said that she would do it with me. I just signed us up for it today!
3. I would like to do the Seattle to Vancouver ride this year in August. This ride has a ton more hills, so my weight will matter much, much more.
4. I would like to do a total of 4 organized rides this year that are 100K or more.
