Quick update.
I kept the bike in standard form but enjoyed riding it more.
Although I like the design and simplicity of the TSR 2 I have to say that I am not very relaxed on it. I could see the use of the SRAM A2 auto hub taking away much of my concern but feel that as a rider, I am still in need of more than two gears on my rides. Knees certainly felt a bit more sore than my normal rides.
I looked at the options of changing the rear hub whilst keeping the coaster brake.
The cost of either the A2 or SRAM 5 speed were quite high, so I looked at other options maybe towards swapping the TSR 2 for a TSR 27.
My search for this ended up with me buying a 'good value' TSR27 with less than 100 miles on it. Is this how the illness of collecting Moulton's starts?
My dilemma now is whether to keep the TSR 2 for those flatter or more city type riding, or to allow another rider to enjoy the beauty of it's design.
I shall ponder this but am open to offers on the TSR2.
Happy riding
