why not sell them at your own yardsale and just say they belong to YOUR neighbor and the price is not negotiable? that way you eliminate the complication of actually having to have a neighbor that is willing to do you a favor (which would be my problem).
Small town! Neighbors are more like family. I don't have yard sales very often, several here have two a year. All the
law allows. The ones that have done the best for me won't take any money. I invite them over for steaks a couple
times a summer.
They know if they need me, I am here for them. And they for me.
Where a hand shake is a legal contract!
