I think some kind of co-op private club might be possible. It would have to be a co-op because then the barkeep and cocktail waitresses wouldn't be employees, they'd all be owners. That might still run afowl of local laws which use the terminology "workplace", however. Tricky stuff.

I think there's still smoking in bars allowed in Idaho, but that's 350 miles away.

Before the ban we had plenty of smoke free bars to choose from. Clearly a case of too much legislation!

"Smoke-free" means an atmosphere where there is NO SMOKING!

It doesn't mean, you're free to smoke!
