+1. Seen it a ton of times.

I have a racer who has put so many disciplined hours in it's scary. Trained to the 9's. He has become a very good cat 3. It has taken him years to do it. If he ever made it to a 2 he would most likely become so frustrated that he would quit the sport forever.

There is a genetic line. If you haven't seen it or are not familiar with how immense of a game changer it is then you haven't truly ridden with anyone who is on the other side of it. You can see it instantly.
