The better dyno hubs will make 6W easily, the SON, newer Shimano (3D71 and up) and the SRAM i-light 3W all do. Some production lights take advantage of this, the SuperNova E3 Triple for example. So if you're greedy for power, use one of the aforementioned dynos.
