Having used the Ultra-Sports and Pasela TG, I can say I favor the Panaracers.
To me there was no discernible difference in speed but the pasela looks better and has far better puncture resistance. I got three flats in one spin with the Ultra-Sports so they were replaced not long after that.
That's not a huge surprise, since this isn't an apples-to-apples comparison. Ultra Sports have
zero flat protection beyond the fabric needed to hold the tires together.
