Don't you also do a zillion push ups per day? I need to get my reps up, but I started focusing more on pull ups recently. All I ever did was chest and shoulders in high school, I really neglected squats, and leg and back workouts. So I always hit those up if I can make it to a gym.
heh, lately i've been doing the 'deck of cards' routine (380 pushups in about 45min) every other day and 1/2hr on the rollers about 3-5 times a week.
i used to go to gyms, and used to powerlift, but i've found that i can use bodyweight exercises to accomplish any realistic goal. my fencing practice covers legs pretty well. i used to want to be huge, now i just want to not be fat like most of the guys my age and be able to keep up physical activity for pleasure when i retire (around 55).
