Depends on the bar ends. If they are like the Cane Creek ergo's and their clones, then no; otherwise yes, but may have adjust the angle of the bar end to allow proper positioning of the mirror.

Of course, they do make bar end/mirror combos, but I've never tried or seen up close myself.
