Do you mean like one on the bike and one on the helmet? Or a flat mirror and a convex one? As the other poster said, since bikes are so close to the curb a mirror on the right is of limited value. Motorcycles pass cars frequently, so a right hand mirror is much more useful to them.
In your case it would be the left-hand mirror that was less useful.
