From: Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada - burrrrr!

Bikes: 1958 Rabeneick 120D, 1968 Legnano Gran Premio, 196? Torpado Professional, 2000 Marinoni Piuma

To view me in the moment, one would call me a vintage racing bicycle collector. To view my collection, over the years, that same person would consider me to be a vintage bicycle salesman.

My "collection", perhaps better defined as "preferred inventory", usual hovers between ten and fifteen really nice bicycles. To maintain that self imposed number, something old has to go when ever something new is added. Had I kept every decent bicycle I had found, it would be this many. Yup, I have found, worked on and sold almost every bicycle linked on that page. Hundreds! It would be foolish for me to even consider keeping them all. Proper storage, maintenance - consider the ramifications?

To my bicycle interest, add unintended pocket knife collecting. Though I have never attempted to purchase even one pocket knife, they seemed to have piled up over the years, and some have interesting "how found" stories to go with them, but I have no pictures - yet.
