Bikes: 3 Rollfasts, 3 Schwinns, a Shelby and a Higgins Flightliner in a pear tree!

My first speedometer is VINTAGE...and missing stuff

What do i need to put this Rollfast speedo to use?

A newer Stewart-Warner and I know that driver wheel is it...

How/where do I get from A to B, other than the obvious cleanup?
