That's no normal SPD-SL. Those pedals look like Keos. This one looks like a mountain SPD with a weird little road platform round it to me.

Interestingly, they are advertised as having a "Double sided design (that) works with cleated or
standard shoes", and even though several of the reviews start off "Why is this pedal in the MTB section.", most are very positive.
