My sweetie even commented early on in our tandem experience how nice it was that we could carry on a normal conversation while riding, something we couldn't do on solo bikes!
exactly, compared the riding singles together the tandem is a joy because we can hear each other perfectly since we're so close together. I' can't see why headsets would be needed when you're only 2 feet apart?
