When 10 miles isnt enough...

I set my alarm for 6:30 this morning so that mom2three3 and I could go for a ride. After finally getting her out of the bed at like 7:30, we decided to go for a ride. The sun was out, the weather wasn nice, and the bikes were ready to go. We were intending to go for our "small" loop around the block that is like 10 miles. So, when we got to the intersection that would take us back home, we decided to go straight. Then, after a few more "missed" turns, mom3three3 wound up riding 38 miles, and since I was so close, I kept going. Ended the day with 54 miles. I almost kept going to a metric century, but I knew that when I got there, I would say, "Hey, Im close to 75 miles." Then, when I got there, I would probably have said "Im real close to a century, F*** it, Im going for it." So, good riding today.
