On the topic of BikesDirect bikes, 1) I'm happy to assemble and tune your BD bike, we charge the same price as a standard tune-up; and 2) we would prefer that you DO bring it to us in the box, so we don't have to undo anything that you might do incorrectly. I'm paid by the hour and it's all good to me.
