Notice how the edges are sort of "wavy?" This is where I have trouble with the edges lifting up after a few hundred miles of riding.

I wish I had a comparable overhead picture of the Brooks tape before I installed it, but this is the best I can do.



The OP asked for a recent picture of the Brooks Violet tape and how it had slightly darkened over the summer/fall riding season. As you can see, not by much.
