Keep in mind that usually people only post reviews to the internet when they are unhappy, so that may skew the numbers as it relates to the Easton EA90 SLX wheel set from performance. With that said, I can only give my opinion. I have put over 1500 miles on mine with zero issues. No loose spokes, no creaks or groans, no flats, nada, zip nothing. Nothing but pure bliss to report. I weigh 190, average 20 mph and I don't ride light. I enjoy these rims and frankly think that they have been given a bad rap. In the end, I think I got these wheels under $400 and to date, were the best bang for the buck I have ever purchased for my bike.
